Professional background:
- Profound knowledge of, and experience in, cash-flow oriented lending to micro, small and medium-sized and agricultural enterprises
- Detailed knowledge of lending technology and procedures
- Ample experience in credit related business processes as well as loan monitoring
- Experience in training (in the fields of credit and financial analysis) and coaching of banking staff of all levels
Personal profile:
- At least 5 years credit experience in the commercial banking sector
- University degree in agricultural finance or economics, finance, banking or economics
- Preferably work experience in Ukraine, Russia and/or the CIS region
- Fluency of English, Russian would be a strong asset
- Willingness to travel extensively, relocate and to quickly adapt to new environments
