• Maintenance of duly and effective performance of the telemarketing team’s tasks;
• Selection and training of new employees;
• Organization of active sales of banks products to clients both existing and potential through telemarketing;
• Development of conversations scripts according to telemarketing campaigns;
• Preparation, description and carrying out of telemarketing initiatives directed on attracting of new clients;
• Preparation reports and presentations for top management;
Requirements:
• University Degree;
• Relevant experience at managerial position minimum 2 years;
• Professional knowledge of Telesales;
• Preferable experience with banking sector (but not obligatory)
• High level of sales & communication skills
• At least Upper-intermediate English is obligatory (direct subordination to EXPAT)
