Responsibilities
- Supporting and coordinating communication activities of the bank:
processing media-requests
- support in organizing press-conferences
- drafting, translating, approving comments, press-releases, news etc.
- processing media-monitoring
- Administration of internal portal and web-site of the bank:
- three lingual content-management
- coordination of internet-agency
- full-scale support of web-communication and internal web-activities of bank's departments
- Support in all activities of the Marketing Division including, but not limited to events' organizing, materials drafting, coordination of materials split, cooperation with internet and media-agencies, coordination of document flow etc
Experience and qualifications
- University Degree (preferably linguistics, information technologies, economy)
- Professional experience in marketing/communications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Ukrainian, Russian and English
- Excellent problem solving skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to set priorities, handle multiple tasks, and meet deadlines
- Flexible and adaptable to rapidly changing priorities and the ability to handle confidential information
- High level of computer literacy (Web administration experience)
- Good team player |
