What to do:
legally support the banking products and processes, including participation and ensuring legal expertise in projects of new banking products development;
provide advice and methodological recommendations about the legal support of banking operations;
develop and approve standard contracts, banking products, internal regulations.
What you need:
higher legal education;
3 years´ professional experience, including one year of bank legal service;
knowledge of civil, economic, financial law, also tax, foreign economic and monetary legislation at expert level;
excellent skills in the development and implementation of legal expertise of draft contracts, drawing legal conclusions on issues or projects specified comprehensive knowledge of various areas of law;
good analytical, communication and management skills;
independent in making valid effective decisions;
good command of English, ability to draft legal documents and negotiate with different management levels.
