Duties and responsibilities:
Management of Retail NPL portfolio;
Analysis of possible way outs, risks, strengths and weaknesses;
Negotiations with customers on debt restructuring / debt recovering issues;
Preparation of applications for restructuring of overdue indebtedness;
Financial and economic analysis of client activity, analysis of client solvency and control of voluntary debt repayment;
Cooperation with other expert divisions, analysis and consolidation the conclusions of the bank divisions (legal division, appraisal division, security service and risk-management);
Preparation of credit application of presentation application for the Bank Credit Committee.
Job Qualifications:
Master degree in Finance/Accounting/Banking or other relevant field;
Four-five year experience in a similar position;
Experience in realization of negotiations, establishment of business-contacts, bringing into the collaboration of problematic customers;
Ability to conduct the preliminary estimation of projects, choose of the most suitable variant of debt repayment;
Experience in restructuring area of Retail Clients;
Previous experience within a bank in NPL area;
At least Intermediate level of English;
Strong knowledge in lending and legislation related to NPLs. |
