Responsibilities:
- Staff planning in accordance with company’s strategic goals
- In time-selection and recruitment of all levels of the personnel
- Staff motivation and adaptation
- Monitoring of the labor-market and salary-market
- Participation in compensation and benefits surveys
- Coordinating training programs and monitoring the effectiveness of training activities
- Preparing budget
- Organizing, coordinating and controlling of HR
- Handling HR documentation
- Working with staff reserve
Requirements:
- University degree
- Work experience in Human Resources from 3 years
- Excellent administration and communication skills
- Broad knowledge of HR systems and procedures
- Knowledge of HR Policy and implemented on practice
- Basic knowledge of employment legislation
- Spoken English
- Professional skills of PC
