Requirements
- Female (24-30 y/o)
- University degree preferably in international relations, economics, law
- Experience in sales 1-3 years
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong inner motivation and high efficiency
- Excellent English - both oral and written ( perfect grammar is a must)
- Excellent knowledge of Russian and Ukrainian ( both oral and written)
- Ability to head and guide the team
- Ability to work with financial, analytical, legal, marketing documentation
- Ability to generate own ideas and find the ways to implement them
- Ability to work inside the team and individually
- Attentiveness to details, inner discipline
- Diplomacy
- Result-oriented personality
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Decency and intelligence
Responsibilities
- Direct and indirect sales
- Communication with Ukrainian and foreign clients and partners
- Successful negotiations and presentations - via telephone, emailing, personal meetings, business trips
- Commercial offers and other presentation materials preparation
- Translations (English, Russian, Ukrainian)
- Achieving of requested sales volume
- Control of contractual documentary and payment behavior
- Partial controlling of the team functions
Work conditions:
Labour hours: 9 a.m. - 6 p.m.,
Salary: UAH 5 000 for probation period
