Senior CORPORATE FINANCE Analyst
Reports to: Head of IB department
The most important duties:
Industry research;
Preparing teasers and memoranda;
Analysis of company’s financials;
Preparing spreadsheets, graphs, and charts to help illustrate financial trends of the company;
Preparations of presentations;
Valuation of companies (multiples and DCF);
Search for potential targets to acquire;
Initialization and carrying out of negotiations with potential buyers and sellers;
Carrying out due diligence.
The ideal candidate should have:
• Higher education, in economics or finance
• Professional abilities: 2-3 years of experience in finance (advantage BIG 4)
• Good command of English is a must
• Good MS Office knowledge;
• Proactive and able to work under pressure
• Analytical capabilities, attention to details; command work, work on a result,
Age 23 – 35
CFA or ACCA is a plus.
