Associate (M&A in Ukraine)
Tasks and Responsibilities:
• origination and structuring of transactions/deals
• coordination of market research, due diligence and valuation process
• preparation/presentation of pitches and proposals
• negotiating of contracts and closing of transactions
General Requirements:
• Higher education Degree in Finance or Economics (Masters’ level or MBA)
• Fluency in English (verbal & written) as well as Ukrainian/Russian.
• In-depth knowledge of corporate finance and M&A/privatisation gained through practical work .
• + 3-4 years of relevant experience in investment banking or securities trading
