-Graduate or Master’s Degree in Finance/Economics
-Strong analytical and organisational skills
-Ability to work under tight deadlines and to multi-task
-Strong communications skills and fluency in English, Ukrainian and Russian
-Results-driven work attitude and strong business ethics
-Advanced user of MS Office is required
-Previous experience working as an equity research analyst would be advantageous but is not necessary
-Experience with the Big Four audit firms is a plus
-Fluent in both verbal and written English
