Requirements to the candidate:
Age: from 25
Education: Higher legal education
Sex: male.
Experience:
3 years of experience in the bank (preferable in branch or small bank) in sphere of
- legal support for bank retail and corporate operations (Lending, methodology, etc)
Additional knowledge and skills:
- Profound knowledge of current legislation on banking;
- knowledge in legal regulation of lending process and requirements to the regarding documentation.
- knowledge in legal regulation of bank’s economic operations and requirements to the regarding documentation;
- knowledge in legal regulation of labour relationship and requirements to the regarding documentation;
- Soft “LIGA”;
Foreign language: English (desirable).
Individual quality: attentiveness, responsibility, ability and desire to study and work in a team, analytical skills.
Functionality:
• Full legal support retail and / or corporate business,
• Development credit agreements and security agreements in the areas of retail and corporate business;
• evaluation of individual legal risks and preparing of legal opinion;
• drafting for other legal documents and agreements on providing financial services;
• Profound knowledge of current legislation on banking;
• preparing of drafts of economic agreements (supply, lease, purchase, safeguard etc.) (desirable);
• preparing of drafts of labour agreements and other relative documents;
• Work connected with the activities of the National Bank of Ukraine (the development of the constituent documents of the bank, the appropriate changes to them, their registration in the National bank and the State Registrar (desirable);
