Key Acountabilities:
Day to day operational tasks concerning customer process and product performance
Ensuring proper documentation flow between the Partner and The Bank
Co-operation with Operational, Risk and departments in order to understand and explain any issues influencing smooth performance of processes active in Brokers and Agents
Support decision making process in order to maintain profitability, and partner relationship
Identification of opportunities to increase sales and volume through all channels
Co-operate closely with members of GP team in order to ensure overall development
Identify opportunities and notify the initiatives to direct supervisor or Head of GP
Provide sales input to new product/partnership development/new distribution channels
Ensure and Maintain effective relationship with Brokers/Agents employees

Higher education – preferred business related
