Brand Communication Officer / Провідний спеціаліст з маркетингових комунікацій for the international bank
Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement the marketing communication strategy for the bank
• Interpret the consumer and market research data, prepare consumer insights necessary for development of creative concepts
• Manage creative agencies in development of brand and product communication materials
• Supervise suppliers like photo, TV, radio production studios in development of marketing communication materials of the bank
• Manage and direct the media agencies (or/and media) regarding the placement of media advertising (TV, outdoor, radio, press, internet, etc)
• Ensure that implementation of advertising campaigns in line with the corporate strategy and reflect the brand essence, attributes and values of the bank
• Make the post evaluation of advertising campaigns
Requirements:
• Higher education in marketing, economics, business administration, sociology or related field
• No less than 2 years of experience in marketing department as a Brand Executive, Brand Manager, Category Manager of Company with full-service marketing department operating in such fields as finance, FMCG, Telecom; or as a Account Manager/Executive in creative agency responsible for the finance, FMCG or Telecom client
• Experience in financial services sector is an asset
• Multinational company experience is an asset
• Comprehensive presentation skills
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret consumer research data
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to set priorities, goals and resources to achieve goals
• Fluent English
• PC skills: strong user of MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word (knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator will be an asset)
