Responsibilities:
Performance of secondary financial controls over accounts
Forming and analysis of Bank reports on daily basis
Detection and monitoring of open items in suspense or temporary accounts, as well as nostro accounts and accounting differences between systems’ interfaces with the General Ledger
Examination and analysis of the accuracy of accounting records
Disclosure of accounting differences and control deviations
Detection of any errors, omissions or risks that might occur in the General Ledger accounts
Recommendation of solutions to units for control problems encountered
Follow-up of the relevant corrective actions taken by units and determining the adequacy of such actions
Professional requirements to position:
High degree level education
Banking experience (accounting/financial/back office department)
Knowledge of acting legislative requirements, accounting and reporting. Analytical skills, diligence, thoroughness. Good communication skills
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Applications: Excel, Access
Good knowledge of English
