Functional responsibilities:
Planning, organizing and supervising the activities carried out in the Department.
Taking part in elaboration of annual plan of purchases.
Approval of the purchasing procedures well as criteria and norms for evaluation of the offers of the Suppliers, essential conditions of Purchasing Agreements.
Optimization of Purchasing Policies, carrying out regular analysis of statistics on certain groups of commodities, as well as specific goods, ensuring adjustment of Purchasing Policies based on the results of such an analysis.
Organizing the process of handling claims with Suppliers
Organizing interaction of the Department with other units of the Bank, Purchasing Committee and Purchasing Commission (Sweden).
Ensuring keeping proper record, maintenance and storing the documents regarding purchases for further control.
Taking part in negotiations with potential Suppliers.
Requirements to the candidate:
Fluency in English
5 years experience at least as of purchasing manager
Experience working in an international company/following international standards
