HR Key Account Manager
Job responsibilities:
Acts as Business Partner and first point of contact for management and non managerial staff of the bank business lines, including Regions
Provides professional advice and services on recruitment & selection, structure design & development, employee motivation, remuneration, employees training / development and employee relations
Participates in the development of systems / tools / policies in the areas of compensation & benefits, people planning, performance management, performance appraisal), personnel assessment process, career management and retention processes, motivation
Job requirements:
Higher education
min. 3 years of work experience in HR, preferably in a similar position
Fluent English
High level of customer orientation
Excellent communication skills, can build strong relationships
Proactive, solution oriented personality
High level of integrity and trust
Able to work under pressure
