Senior Officer (Branch Network Support/ Customer services quality control unit) for the international bank
Job scope:
Ensure effective sales of bank’ services via:
• Providing control over proper quality of customer services within branch network: arrangement and maintenance of Mystery Shopping sessions, collecting and investigating client’s claims, etc.
• Initiating marketing activities targeted on the increasing of Bank’ recognition in regions
• Initiating trainings and tests for network personnel, analyzing results, preparing recommendations for improvements
• Preparing presentations, scripts for sales models
• Providing support to other Bank’ divisions during opening/ closing of outlets
• Implementation of Internal Audit recommendations
• Liaising with branches on administrative issues
Experience:
• High education in finance, economics, banking
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in banking sphere
• Knowledge of the Ukrainian legislation in bank sphere, NBU instructions (cash operations, fundamentals in accounting and bookkeeping, currency control)
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Accuracy, punctuality, responsibility
• Team working spirit
• Advanced PC user (MS Office)
• Good command of English (spoken, written)
