RAIFFEISEN BANK AVAL is glad to announce the position of PERSONAL ASSISTANT of Board Member.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Responsible for the management of the Board Member’s time by scheduling appointments, agency visits, as well as coordination of all demands to achieve the maximum effectiveness of the Board Member’s day.
• Assisting in managing calendar for maximum effectiveness and ensure important personal tasks are attended to.
• Screening incoming calls, ensuring that calls are handled effectively, efficiently and with a high level of professionalism.
• Screening of incoming and outgoing emails; recording, managing and responding appropriately.
• Ensuring timely attendance at meetings and overall time management against project deadlines.
• Creating reports, editing and preparing PowerPoint presentations and conducting research on a variety of topics as requested and in collaboration with Executive team members.
• Assisting with the development of reports for Board Meetings.
• Plannig and managing all communications from the Board Member’s office.
KEY REQUIREMENTS:
• University degree;
• 2+ years of PA experience;
• Fluency in English, German is a plus ;
• PC literate and office equipment confident user;
• Excellent communication and writing skills.
