Job Scope:
- Card transactions monitoring
- Send
eplay “Fraud investigation” letters to/from correspondent banks to find out the legitimacy of card transactions
- Chargeback processing (acquiring dispute cases, issuing dispute cases)
- SurplusMinus of ATM investigation
- Monitoring of the legislation base, NBU regulation, IPS rules and alerts concerning card’s security and risk and timely reacting by amending products, procedures, etc. inside the bank
Requirements:
- Experience in card business within on the large banks not less than 1 year
- Fluent English
