The Bank of Cyprus in Ukraine, is looking for a specialist on the position of PROJECT MANAGER (construction), Kiev
Main responsibilities:
- Process management of projects realization: creation of business centres from the ground up to "turn key";
- Controlling process creation at all stages of the project including construction works in field;
- Management of risk and budget projects.
- Controlling execution of contracts and negotiations with contractors;
- Organization of tenders for outsourcing (consulting companies, in the conceptual phase, the selection of projectors and contractors during the building phase, etc.);
- Creation of working group including recruitment and administration process during several months;
- Reports to HQ
Requirements:
- Higher education (construction, technological, economic);
- Experience in national and international of investment and construction projects;
- Successful experience in building different formats of large objects as office centers, residential complex, participation in all stages of the project, without exception, at positions not lower than deputy;
- Ability to manage projects;
- Successful management experience;
- MS office, to be able to understand specialized information technology project management (MS Project, Primavera), including the design and the estimate calculation (Smeta-ry), design (AutoCAD), investment and financial models;
- Reporting to senior management;
- English - Fluent.
