Bank of Cyprus is looking to recruit the member of its team for the position of Branch Manager for new branch in Odessa.
Requirements:
University degree in Economics/Finance/Management or other business related subject or accredited professional qualifications
At least 3 year of relevant experience
Fluent English is a plus
Computer literacy
Knowledge of NBU normative acts
Knowledge of Bank operations
Knowledge of sales theory
Main responsibilities:
Organizes the work of Branch
Organizes the activities on active sales of the Bank´s products
Responsible for the clients attraction
Responsible for the Outlet plans fulfilment
Controls the operations performed by the employees of the Branch
Responsible for the documentation flow of the Branch
