Bank of Cyprus Plc, the leading financial services organisation in Cyprus, with dynamic presence in Greece and operations in Russia, United Kingdom, Australia, Romania and Ukraine is looking to recruit Network Development Specialist
Requirements:
University degree and other business related subject or accredited professional qualifications
At least 3 years of relevant experience
Fluent English will be an advantage
Computer literate: MS Office, Internet, Project Manager, Corel Draw
Project management skills
Knowledge of real estate market
Knowledge of documentary flow in renting and acquiring property
Main responsibilities:
Toprepare and fulfil plan for branches opening
To search for the premises for new branches of the Bank all over Ukraine
To negotiate with the owners of the premises
To prepare documents for NBU registration of the branches
To organize the process of branches opening
To monitor renting agreements
