Bank of Cyprus is looking to recruit the member of its team for the position of
Head of SME Products Division- a senior corporate / SME banker with a high profile in the banking community
Requirements:
University degree in Economics/Finance/Banking or other business related subject or accredited professional qualifications
At least 3 years of relevant experience
Experience in banking products development for corporate and SME business lines;
Track record demonstrating the ability to create and to promote competitive banking products for SME business in Kiev and across the regions
Fluent English is a must (both in speaking and writing)
Computer literacy
Main responsibilities:
Is responsible for activities of entire division;
Builds the team that manages the SME products develompent and promotion;
Designs the marketing strategy related to SME products introduction and promition;
Coordinates the management of the SME products portfolio;
Develops the technical skill level of the members of the SME Products team;
Supports relationship between management regarding SME´s Products activities;
Ensures periodical flow of information to management concerning marketing;
Is responsible for the preparation of information for the annual budget of the bank for the divison.
