Raiffeisen Investment Internship Program for 2011
Opportunity to develop your career in investment banking business through a practical work at Raiffeisen Investment AG office in Kiev. Internship program for periods of between three and six months are opened at Raiffeisen Investment Ukraine for the following positions:
Intern, Corporate Finance
Functions:
• Conducting of industry/market/company research.
• Preparation of company profiles/teasers.
• Contributing to proposals/pitches/presentations/investment memorandums.
• Participation in business due diligence and valuation of business.
• Working jointly with and providing support to the M&A team in live transactions.

General Requirements:
• Higher education degree in Finance or Economics (preferable last/this year MA graduates).
• Highly competent in financial mathematics, finance and investments.
• In-depth knowledge of local and international accounting standards.
• Strong analytical, interpretive and problem solving skills combined with the willingness and ability to learn quickly.
• Ambitious, hard-working and self-driven attitude.
• Flexible team player with interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English (verbal & written) is obligatory.
• Strong computer skills.
