Credit Europe Bank is searching for motivated and professional team player to fulfill the position of IT Business Analyst
Project related requirements:
Reviews and edits requirements, specifications, business processes and recommendations related to business solution
Identifies client organization´s strengths and weaknesses and suggests areas of improvement
Develops functional specifications and system design specifications for client engagements.
Technical Recommendation and Testing:
Prepares test scenarios and test scripts
Tests and leads testing efforts
Communicates needed changes to development team
Project Execution:
Assists in enforcement of project deadlines and schedules
Manages resources in accordance with project schedule
Understands the components of running a fiscally successful project
Post Production Issues:
Handles the incidents, problems and work orders coming from Service Desk System
Offers efficient and robust solutions for problems and change requests,
Trains the necessary staff,
The successful candidate:
Has successful experience 3+ years in Banking Business
Has higher education (Specialist, Master) in Banking/Finance or/and other accredited qualification
Obtains strong analytical skills
Focused on operational excellence and eager to add innovation to the daily work
Fluent English (written, verbal) is a must
Possesses understanding in the areas of application programming, database and system design
Good knowledge of banking domain
Understands Internet, Intranet, Extranet and client/server architectures
Understands how legacy and web-based systems interface with each other
