Our client, international financial company, offers an excellent career opportunity and is looking for person to fill the position of Country Audit Manager, Kiev
Main Responsibilities
Develop and execute financial, compliance and process audit plans
Ensure completion of audits on time, review and assess the results
Risk assess routines, controls and new areas
Supervise and participate in internal investigations as requested
Communicate with local, regional and global leaders as needed
Support company initiatives and ad hoc projects as requested
Manage a constructive team to achieve group objectives
Manage effectively follow-up corrective actions resulting from the audit engagement
Develop professional skills and leadership capabilities in preparation for internal promotion
Requirements:
Higher education in Accounting/Finance/Economics/Law
Proved•3-5 years working experience in finance, accounting, auditing or related field
Fluent English in spoken and written form ( knowledge of French language is a plus)
High level of self-motivation and strong career aspiration, independent and ability to execute with minimum supervision
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, demanding environment
Strong analytical and risk assessment skills
PC skills on advanced user level (MS PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, 1C)
Ability to travel (Ukraine and abroad)
Preference will be given to candidates with more than 3 years work experience on similar position in banking sphere
Completed professional qualification: CA, ACCA or CPA
Knowledge of best practice reporting, local and International Financial Reporting Standards
Strong leadership skills and the ability to develop and motivate all audit staff and provide them with counseling and career guidance
Willingness to travel extensively within Ukraine and C.I.S.
Excellent communication skills
