Bank of Cyprus is looking to recruit the member of its team for the position of Systems and Procedures Manager.
Candidate´s Attributes:

PMI experience.
Main responsibilities:
To manage and successfully administer and coordinate the functions of Information Technology and Operations & Methods of the Country;
Extensive and practical knowledge of the Ukrainian banking and operations regulations;
To develop the country´s IT and O&M strategy in cooperation with the Group IT and Group´s O&M Overseas Operations sector;
To establish effective communication channels with all relevant stakeholders and especially end-users;
To establish the Country´s IT & O&M goals and consequently desigh the relevant system requirements and procedures to support their implementation;
To be responsible for the preparation of the Country´s IT and O&M 3 year plan in cooperation with Group IT and the Group´s O&M Overseas Operations sector;
To regularly recommend to Country´s senior management, Group IT and Group´s O&M Overseas Operations sector, ways for the most effective and efficient manner in utilizing the latest trends of banking technology;
To regularly review and ensure that the most efficient design of the IT architecture and framework of banking procedures is in place;
Keep abreast of the local banking procedures and regulations (both for the branch´s operations as well as for back office services;
Have the relevant authority to approve and implement system and procedural modifications requested by users;
Provide technical and operational direction and support to the Bank´s business units and end-users.
