Responsibilities:
• Development and support of Bank call-center activity
• Training of the call-center and bank staff on retail products, direct sales and customer services
• Providing of scripts for call-center operators
• Weekly reporting on call-center activity
• Drafting and maintain the procedures and regulations connected to the call-center
• Analysis of call-center staff work effectiveness
• Quick reaction for claims and questions of clients concerning retail business through call-center and internet-site
• Other functions of retail banking department activities
Requirements:
• Higher education in Economics, Finance, Banking
• Not less than 3 years of work experience in banking sphere or in specialized companies connected with call-center activities or in FMCG companies
• Fluent English
• Knowledge of IT software (MS Office, bank applications)
