Bank of Cyprus is looking to recruit the member of its team for the position of Recovery Division Head.
Requirements:
University degree in Law preferably, or other business related subject or accredited professional qualifications;
At least 5 years of relevant experience in Recovery/Collection function within the bank;
Min 3 years of managerial experience;
Computer literacy - advanced user (Microsoft Office, specilal banking software);
Analytical skills, result-orientation;
Ability to meet deadlines;
Exellent interpersonal skills, effective communication;
Fluent English is a plus.
Responsibilities:
Development and improvement of recovery process;
Creation of effective recovery strategies (creation, monitoring, estimate of efficiency);
Co-ordination with external Collection companies;
Control and co-ordination of work process with problem loans in regional network; Ensure effective communication with Reagion Directions on the issue;
Development and review of problematic loans restructuring programs;
Overseeing implementation of practices to ensure compliance with Cyprus Group, Bank of Cyprus of Ukraine and NBU and other policies and regulations;
Organization of reporting system within the Group of Cyprus standards for monitoring and administration of working processes with problematic loans;
Development of technical specifications and coordination processes of credit monitoring automation including automation for recovery of overdue/problematic loans.
