Salary Projects Officer for the international bank
Responsibilities:
- Development/ improvement/ maintenance of payroll projects business of the bank.
- Planning and monitoring of the payroll projects business.
- Analysis and evaluation of payroll projects.
- Organization of the tariff policy of the Bank on payroll projects.
- Organization of cross-selling of retail products of the bank - car loans, mortgages, consumer loans, deposit programs.
- Organization and participation in the development and implementation of methodological material for attracting, selling of retail products of the bank to payroll projects clients.
- Development and improvement of cards business of the bank.
- Development and maintenance of payment cards projects functioning.
- Monitoring of the legislation base, NBU regulations, IPS concerning cards and timely reacting by amending products, procedures, etc. inside the bank.
- Participation in monitoring of bank network activity. Improvement of service level in branches by means of collaboration with responsible units.
Requirements:
• Higher education (Banking, Finance, Economics).
• Minimum 3 year of experience in salary projects.
• Fluent English is a must.
