Bank of Cyprus is looking to recruit the member of its team for the position of
Head of SME Business Department - a very senior corporate / SME banker with a high profile in the banking community
Requirements:
University degree in Economics/Finance/Banking or other business related subject or accredited professional qualifications
At least 5 years of relevant experience
Experience in banking and financial analysis of corporate and SME enterprises
Track record demonstrating the ability to grow SME business in Kiev and across the regions
Fluent English is a must (both in speaking and writing)
Computer literacy
Main responsibilities:
Is responsible for activities of entire division;
Builds the sales team that manages the SME accounts;
Designs the sales strategy related to SME;
Supervises the assessment of the loan applications submitting them to the credit committee;
Establishes the credit and corporations´ deposits pricing policy and submits this to the local ALCO;
Assesses the clients´ business financials and banking needs, prepares offers accordingly;
Coordinates the management of the SME clients portfolio;
Develops the technical skill level of the members of the SME Banking team;
Supports relationship between management regarding SME´s Banking activities;
Ensures periodical flow of information to management concerning marketing;
Is responsible for the preparation of information for the annual budget of the bank for the SME sector.
