Functional Duties:
- English (French)Russian/Ukrainian translation of audit reports, memos, procedures, presentations, correspondence, etc.
- Consecutive and simultaneous interpretation at internal Internal Audit meetings and at the presentation of audit reports to Chairman and/or Management Board
- Management of document flow and development of documents
- Support activities for audit team (quarterly and semiannual reports, follow up activities and statistics, queries and samplings, etc.)
- Collection, analysis, and preparation of presentations for top management
- Administration and support audit team in applying methodology, including Internal Audit Software (MyAudit). Continue localization of MyAudit and translation of it into Ukrainian; implement MyAudit as obligatory tool of Internal Audit Department, provide necessary trainings
Requirements for the Applicant:
- 24+ y.o.
- Degree in Linguistics or Technical Sciences, Economics, Finance or Accounting
- At least 2 years of experience as Interpreter/Translator in banking activity (preferably in audit, risks, compliance)
- 1 year of project management experience will be a plus
- Knowledge of methods and techniques of translation and interpretation (both consecutive and simultaneous)
- Knowledge of banking vocabulary
- Advanced PC skills (Excel and PowerPoint is a must)
- Good analytical skills
- Strong writing and speaking skills
- Fluetn English (French will be a plus)
