We are looking for:
HR Administration Clerk
1. Manages HR information in the accounting system.
2. Maintains employee life events: hire actions for new employees, end of employment employees as well as hire action and end of employment for externals.
3. Maintains employee movements: changes in personnel action and position.
4. Ensures payroll for employees: maintain basic pay information upon promotion and confirmation, change in bank details (Payroll and Travel and Expense).
5. Ensures proper payroll income and deductions: computes, prepares and reconciles where appropriate all cash compensation, benefits, allowances and other advances and payments.
6. Reports Generation, Certifications and Administrative Tasks.
7. Administers Time Management.
8. Performs Attendance monitoring.
• Knowledgeable of Finance and Control processes (Manufacturing & Financials)
• Business process knowledge
• Capability to handle complex local tax and legal legislation
• Very good written and spoken local language
• Able to clearly document own knowledge
• Can work independently and self-manage to schedule
• Spoken and written English
• Knowledgeable of SAP modules, a plus
