Requirements to candidates:
Age: 25 and more
Gender: -
Education: higher
Work experience: at least 2 years, preferably in banking sector on position of manager’s assistant, auditor, lawyer, HR manager.
Additional knowledge and skills: fluently in Microsoft Office software (maintaining of databases, creating of reports in Excel, creating of presentations in PowerPoint), Internet.
Foreign language: English – fluent, French – desirable.
Personal qualities: diligence, desire to obtain new knowledge, integrity, sociability, responsibility, punctuality, ability to handle stress, ability to work in a team.
Functional responsibilities:
• monitoring of Internet resources;
• collecting and analyzing of information for reports;
• carrying out of controls according to approved plan;
• functions of Secretary of Committee on implementation of new activities and products;
• translation of documents;
• performing of Unit’s office work;
• other orders of direct management.
