Job Specification:
setting up retail banking product offering:
--- current, savings and deposit accounts;
--- debit cards;
--- privilege services for VIP customers;
--- corporate payroll package;
--- investment (local mutual funds) and insurance products.
setting up branch operations;
arranging sales of retail banking products;
managing Retail Banking project team (if applicable).
POSITION OBJECTIVE:
Effective retail business start-up in Ukraine (includes: current, savings and deposit accounts; debit cards; privilege services for VIP customers; corporate payroll package; investment (local mutual funds) and insurance products);
Ensuring all necessary tools and facilities are in place, duly registered and launched on time up to business expectations.
Responsible for strategic and tactical leadership of Retail business.
Effective and efficient business management across the entire product range and sales channels for Retail Banking in Ukraine.
Retail sales.
Responsible for establishing infrastructure that offers reliable, scalable, competitive cost structure in a well-controlled environment.
Responsible for developing a pool of talented and competent personnel.
Achieve revenue, profit contribution and market share targets.
REQUIREMENTS TO CANDIDATES:
Knowledge/Experience:
Fluent English, Ukrainian and Russian is a must.
Comprehensive experience of Consumer Banking of at least 5 years;
Experience in managing large-sized teams and team dynamics to deliver results;
Strong track record to build and execute strategy for the function;
Detailed understanding of Consumer Banking products – Asset, Liability, Wealth management, Assets Under Management;
Significant experience in managing Service delivery across multiple channels – Call centers, branches and remote channels;
Experience in customer problem resolution and complaint management;
Experience in managing budgets;
Experience in managing cross-functional projects;
Experience in managing remotely using KPIs and across geographies;
Ability to create and sustain strong controls across all the departments under management;
Experience in managing Audits – both internal, external and regulatory;
In-depth understanding of Global and local Compliance requirements.
Qualifications:
3-5 years retail management qualification required;
3-5 years of wealth management / premium banking experience in a large financial services organization;
Ability to influence, negotiate, and resolve conflicts as well as deal effectively with senior leaders from all functional backgrounds (e.g. finance, marketing, operations, products), on all aspects of business operations.
Advanced knowledge of banking systems.
Sales discipline.
