VACANCY: CUSTOMER SERVICE & QUALITY ANALYST
FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
• To effectively and proactively handle customer complaints, queries and service requests to the satisfaction of the customer.
• To stay informed of the latest developments in policies, products, processes and services offered by the organization.
• To handle maximum cases within TAT without affecting service quality.
• To provide accurate information to the customer and to be responsive to the customer’s needs.
• To maintain complete records of customer queries/issues and to log problems into the problem tracking system.
• To enhance customer satisfaction and to strengthen bank-customer relationships.
• To recommend and initiate process improvements and follow up with other units involved for completion.
• To perform (specified) number of callbacks to customers to gauge satisfaction with resolution of complaints/queries.
REQUIREMENTS:
• A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a Service role
• Prior banking/financial services experience Vast experience in coordination with international clients
• Superior verbal and written communication skills.
• Prior experience in a customer interaction role preferred.
• Good command over languages, knowledge of multiple languages an advantage.
