Bank of Cyprus is looking to recruit the member of its team for the position of IT support Specialist.
Requirements:
University degree in IT / computer sciences or other business related subject or accredited professional qualifications ;
At least 5 years for IT infrastructure support in the banks;
Good level of English will be an advantage
Knowledge of Windows AD, Windiws FPCS, PBX support is a plus, IT processes: incident management, change management, problem management;
Analytical skills, attentiveness, rational approach.
Main responsibilities:
Supports Branches in relation with IT/IS (corebanking, payments, e-bank) issues:
1. Administration of Windows servers/AD/FPCS;
2. Administration of Windows WS/Office software;
3. Administration of Linux system software;
4. Supports IT services related to workplaces & datacenters;
5. Hardware components Technological maintenance & changing configuration. Support & maintenance;
6. Software Licenses management over IT infrastructure;
7. Contract & invoice management over IT infrastructure;
8. 1st line support for IT issues. Service desk processes support & reporting;
9. Responsible for resolving incidents/problems with IT infrastructure;
10. Reports about operations responsible.
