Main requirements:
• Experienced in communication with people of different levels
• Higher education (preferably “Business Administration”)
• Work experience in banking (is a plus)
• Fluent English
• Computer literacy (Microsoft Word, Power Point, Outlook, Excel)
Functional responsibilities:
• Coordination of CEO calendar (planning and coordinating the meetings).
• Planning and organizing main committees for the Bank (keep and update mailing lists, booking conference rooms, archiving materials, collecting info and updating presentations when requested).
• Collection and consolidation of weekly and monthly reports for the CEO.
• Control over Executive committee meeting (planning, preparing agenda, minutes writing, materials collection and archiving).
• Organizational matters (drivers, currier and mailing services yourself or through the responsible department). NBU letters & mails – notification when important mail is received or urgent actions required.
• Documents flow (collecting the documents for CEO’s signature, understanding their nature and distribution after the signature).
• Travel (booking the tickets through Admin department and through airline companies internet web-sites directly, organizing business trips documents).
• Translations (translating documents yourself and through the translation agencies).
• Assistance for foreigners: in registration process for the foreigners (documents for the Embassies, support in Zheks and OVIRs); accommodation (work with real estate agency on apartments search).
• Hosting the visitors (with the help of other assistant).
• Backing up assistant of Management board during her absence by providing support to the Board members.
