Requirements:
- at least 3 years practical experience in HR sphere (companies with network is a plus);
- excellent knowledge on local legislation (HR area);
- good knowledge of key HR processes, roles and responsibilities across the entire HR lifecycle;
- ability to work under time pressure and manage priorities efficiently;
- team player;
- proactive spirit, strong initiative, flexibility and commitment;
- ability to analyze data and provide recommendations.
Qualifications:
-higher education;
-languages: Russian, Ukrainian, English – upper intermediate;
-proficient computer user;
-excellent presentation skills;
HR Business Partner is in charge of:
- supporting the line managers with HR staffing activities;
- participating in the identification of key resources, supporting line managers;
- applying local regulations for the HR staffing with the support of expertise centers;
- supporting line managers in the definition of annual salary increase plans and development plans;
- participating in realization of internal HR processes;
- participating in the definition of development and compensation schemes for the relevant structures;
- bringing the solutions to existing problems which have a significant impact o the business.
