Big bank with a foreign capital is looking for a cadidate for a a position on Chief economist of Frauds and Customer Operations Monitoring Section.
Requirements to the candidate:
- higher education (Finances, Banking)
- experience in banking (3-5 years)
- skills in Word, Excel, Outlook, Explorer, VIOR, VROL
- accountability, communicative skills, eager to learn
- English (Intermediate)
Main duties:
- analysis of regulations on payment cards risks and operations dishonoring;
- cooperation with international payment systems on settlements security in payment cards operations;
- claim work on disputable transactions (Retrieval request, Chargeback, Representment):
conducting disputable cycle on operations, taking decisions on accruing funds to card accounts;
- knowledge of procedures: Good Faith Letters, Pre-arbitration, Arbitration, Copmliance cases.
