UniCredit Bank (PJSC Ukrsotsbank) is looking for a person to fill out the position of Head of Planning Unit
Professional skills and Personal qualities:
•understanding of basic accounting principles;
•understanding of DWH structures and multi-dimensional cubes;
•understanding of basic finance principles;
•basic understanding of regulatory base;
•good understanding of bank´s mechanics;
•experience in detailed work with planning and systems (Hyperion or other), and good understanding of system logics;
•management of at least 5 employees;
•high level of commitment and readiness to assume responsibility;
•high interest in the management of figures, in working with specialized IT systems;
•good integration in team and negotiation skills.
Job info/Functional responsibilities:
•managing strategic plenning processes for the bank and its subsidiaries;
•coordinating annual budget process and at least quarterly forecast processes with all contributing areas in the bank and subsidiaries and managing respective submissions to the Holding;
•providing methodological support to planning processes in line with Group standarts;
•managing Hyperion Planning aplications (both local and central installation) incl. related system and process improvements;
•managing DWH LAS reporting on a monthly basis;
•working on data quality improvement with DWH;
•support of structural improvements of DWH and lead Finance participation in DWH New project (new task in 2012);
•providing support to users of Hyperion and DWH Hyperion dedicated resources;
•supporting ad-hoc CFO project requests (e.g. business cases for client restructuring cases);
•providing support to IFRS reporting on a monthly basis.
