Job responsibilities:
- On the one hand, Head of VIP outlet conducts general outlet functions, on the other he/she personally attracts high net worth individuals;
- The right candidate has to understand the needs of wealthy clients and accordingly cater to those requirements;
- He/she must monitor and manage existing credit relationships;
- He/she develops new business by identifying and contacting existing or prospective customers and promotes the bank services;
- He/she has to cater to a wide variety of commercial and individual loans, both secured and unsecured.
Requirements:
- Strong leadership skills;
- Good team player;
- Candidate needs to have good inter-personal skills and must have a strong network among the high net worth individuals;
- Candidate should have an aptitude for sales, finance and banking;
- Leadership skills and strong negotiation skills are also helpful;
- Candidate must understand the fundamentals of business processes and should be able to analyse the nuances of business deals;
- Strong communication skills and presentation skills are helpful too;
- One needs to have at least 5 years of relevant experience as head of premium segment outlet;
- Qualification-wise, one needs at least master´s degree in economics, banking, finance, accounts, or an equivalent degree.
- Good command of English, proficiency in French will be an advantage. |
