Job Responsibilities:
- English (French)Russian/Ukrainian translation of audit reports, memos, procedures, presentations and correspondence.
- Consecutive and simultaneous interpretation at internal Internal Audit meetings and at the presentation of audit reports to Chairman and/or Management Board;
- Management of document flow and development of documents;
- Support activities for audit team (quarterly/semiannual reports, follow up activities, statistics, queries and samplings, etc.);
- Collection, analysis, and preparation of presentations for top management;
- Administer and support audit team in using methodology, including Internal Audit Software (MyAudit). Maintain the localization of MyAudit and translation of it into Ukrainian.
Requirements:
- A degree in Linguistics or Technical Sciences, Economics, Finance or Accounting.
- At least 2 years as Interpreter/Translator in banking sector (preferably in audit, risks, compliance).
- Knowledge of methods and techniques of translation and interpretation (consecutive and simultaneous);
- Knowledge of banking vocabulary;
- Advanced PC skills (Excel and PowerPoint is a must);
- Strong writing and speaking skills;
- Fluent English (French will be a plus);
- Personal responsibility, autonomy, initiative, endeavor for self-education and desire to reach the next level of professional development, effective and correct communication with both colleagues and auditees, readiness for business trips (from time to time).
