We present a vacancy of HR Business Partner, Kiev
RESPONSIBILITIES:
general HR support of business departments of the Bank including:
Development and implementation human recourses management , including hiring, learning and development, assessment, compensation within business areas
Preparation of staff list before sizing or organizational changes
Defining qualitative and quantities needs of structural units regarding personnel: analysis of the reasons for hiring, recruiting, interviewing candidates, organization meetings between heads of structural units and candidates, collection of all necessary documents from successful candidates
Coordination of salary increases, consultation of heads of organizational structures on possible salary increases, monitoring of external labor-market
Development of the relationships between business units/HR department/other departments inside the company.
REQIERMENTS:
Male;
English - Upper-Intermediate level;
Ability to work independently;
University degree;
2 years of experience in HR systems and processes (preferably in a bank);
Understanding of labor legislation;
Professional PC user.
