Job Responsibilities:
- Manage the team of 6 product managers.
- Whole range of products management, development, support, review and launch (deposits, current accounts, car loans, cash loans, mortgages, transfers, settlement and cash services, salary clients offers, card products, bancassurance, packages).
- Private individual´s product sales processes and procedures development.
- X-sell, up-sell programs development, launch and control.
- P&L of PI products control, product pricing recommendations for ALCO, tariff committee.
- Retail segment budget development and coordination, setting sales targets, quarterly management reporting.
- Partnerships establishment and support.
- Analysis of sales results and behavior of the current portfolio of products, offering improvements.
- Target group study, market and competitors research.
- Product strategic planning and implementation.
Requirements:
- Solid experience in retail banking products development in a bank with foreign capital or big retail bank.
- Fluency in English.
- Successful experience in product development and launch:
- cash loans;
- car loans;
- mortgages;
- credit and debit cards;
- deposits;
- packages of products;
- bancassurance.
- Experience in launch of cross sale and up sale/ top up programs.
- Managerial experience.
