Job responsibilities:
- Management and organization of the following processes:
-- direct marketing campaigns, development of offers to segments of retail customers;
-- national marketing campaigns for corporate, SME and retail products;
-- campaigns effectiveness analysis and control (response rate by communication
channels, cost per contact);
-- conduction of customers segmentation and re-segmentation, target groups analysis
and study;
-- bank market share analysis;
-- bank´s web-site support;
-- brand communication and Bank brand awareness monitoring;
-- design and development of merchandising and POSM materials.
- Establishment of relations with advertising and media partners, selection and tenders conduction.
- Development and control of marketing campaign budget and plans (inc. profit centers cost distribution).
- Monitoring of banking market and competitors´ products, pricing and campaigns.
Qualification requirements:
- Marketing or financial higher education.
- Banking experience is a must.
- Experience in direct marketing campaigns management, customer segmentation and segmented offers development.
- Experience in launching of national advertising campaigns (brand or products) and BTL actions.
- Knowledge in market researches conduction, analysis of competitors (products, campaigns) and target groups definition (preferably in banking).
- Tendering and briefing of creative and media agencies.
- Good knowledge of bank products.
- Experience in banking marketing will be an advantage.
- Managerial experience will be an advantage.
- Advanced oral and written English language skills.
