Job responsibilities:
- Full legal support of SME and / or corporate business;
- Development credit agreements and security agreements in the areas of SME and/or corporate business;
- Evaluation of individual legal risks and preparing of legal opinion;
- Drafting for other legal documents and agreements on providing financial services;
- Managing a team of lawyers dedicated to respective business line.
Key requirements:
- Higher legal education;
- At least 5 years of experience in Legal department of a bank or in a law firm;
- Experience providing legal support for bank retail and corporate operations (Lending, methodology, etc);
- Managerial experience;
- Profound knowledge of current legislation on banking;
knowledge in legal regulation of lending process and requirements to the regarding documentation.
- Knowledge in legal regulation of trade finance operation and requirements to the regarding documentation;
- Advanced PC user (MS Office, Liga);
- Good command of English (at least upper-intermediate level).
