Job Responsibilities:
- Development of VIP banking business line in compliance with general strategy of the Bank;
- Managing the VIP sales team consisting of 30 people throughout Ukraine;
- Managing the VIP outlet activity (Kyiv);
- Cooperation with Retail and Corporate business lines when needed.
Key Requirements:
- Master’s degree in banking / finance / economics;
- More than 3 years of relevant experience in VIP banking (preferably on a management positions);
- Business vision of VIP banking development;
- Relevant experience in managing the sales team;
- Fluency in English (both written and verbal) is a must.
