PJSC "Ukrsotsbank", UniCredit BankTM announces the vacant position of Legal adviser in Large & International Corporate Legal Section.
Qualification and competencies:
- advanced knowledge of English
- law master degree
- 3-5 years experience in legal area (preferably within the bank or international company)
- knowledge of banking and finance law, loans, interbank transactions, guarantees, letters of credit, banking accounts
- confident PC user, Word, Power Point, Oulook, Internet, Liga
Key tasks and responsibilities:
- drafting of standard and non-standard agreements (loan, collateral)
- legal support of corporate banking operations: financing, investment activities, banking products development support legal support active corporate banking operations
- fluent English at the level of drafting/ translating of legal opinions and agreements for corporate clients
- strong theoretical background of civil, business and land law
- experience in legal area (preferably within the bank or international company) |
