PJSC "Ukrsotsbank", UniCredit BankTM announces the vacant position of Сhief economist of the Retail Organization and Processes section.
Qualification and competencies:
knowledge of english: intermediate
degree in economics
experience in the sphere of methodology of processes of servicing of the retail business customers (preferred), experience of dealing with considerable volume of information (data bases) for 1-3 years
confident PC user
good knowledge of the NBU normative documents on retail business issues
good knowledge of the internal bank documents on servicing of private individuals
organizational and analytical skills; strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team
result-oriented
Key tasks and responsibilities:
methodological support of structural units during development and implementation of new/updating of current banking products (control of completeness and quality of standards of the banking products, their analysis)
maintenance of the internal documents of the bank (analysis of current normative database, updating of the internal documents) following of changes of the Ukrainian legislation, timely introduction of correspondent amendments into internal documents of the bank
agreement of the internal documents of the bank (analysis of document for process description completeness, introduction of amendments, remarks, supplements to the document, revision of the document which is being agreed for compliance with current internal documents of the bank)
participation in other working programs/projects preparation of drafts of agreements on customers servicing, their approval and agreement with other structural units of the bank
cooperation with other structural units of the bank on approval of the internal documents
work with documents on organization of the retail business of the bank - development and agreement of the organizational chart, regulations on structural units, job descriptions, etc. |
